Dr. Heka Kamau is a dedicated academic and community development specialist at Dr. Ruth Njoroge is a skilled educator and development expert at the University of Eldoret, focusing on equipping the agrarian community with knowledge and skills, innovation development, and youth and women empowerment. As the lead for ASEC Work Package 3 under the TAGDev 2.0 program, she oversees skilling and retooling efforts along the dairy value chain to enhance employability and foster work and wealth creation. Dr. Njoroge is passionate about equipping young people with practical, market-relevant skills to drive inclusive and sustainable growth in the agricultural sector.the University of Eldoret, with extensive experience in participatory learning and social protection for rural transformation. He serves as the lead for ASEC Work Package 1 under the TAGDev 2.0 initiative, focusing on community and stakeholder engagement for knowledge and skill transfer in agri-entrepreneurship. Dr. Kamau’s work bridges the gap between academic research and the community. This enhances synergistic collaborations amongst different stakeholders in community action research, thereby ensuring inclusive growth through locally driven agricultural innovations and demand-driven capacity building.
